Downstairs bedrooms feature their own flat screen TVs, more luxury cozy linens, bedding, lounging chairs and their own private baths with all the toiletries needed during your wine country holiday stay. Glass doors lead out of the master bedroom onto a sunlit deck with patio furnishings and BBQ for those alfresco dinners at sunset or breakfast time nook.
A Chefs Kitchen ~ fully equipped with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee/espresso maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, cookware, dish ware, and flatware. we hope you enjoy! Cottage amenities include lots o’ board/card games, WIFI, central heat, AC, and washer/dryer.
THERE ARE PARKING SPACES FOR 6 VEHICLES and additional street parking. PLEASE NOTE: FOR SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS, WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN AGE 8 AND OLDER. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST BEYOND FOUR.
THE POOL IS SET TO A MAX TEMP of 80F from April 1 - Sept 31.
There is a pool heating fee of $100 per day Oct 1 - April 31.
