In the upper floor there is a large lofty space with a kitchen, a working space and a relaxing balcony with a view of the palm trees surrounding the canals.
In the living room you can be entertained by a 55-inch TV with all cable TV channels included and a DOLBY surround system.
In the lower floor a room with a queen bed and a TV, a bedroom with bunk beds perfect for kids (i.e., the upper bed has a weight limit of 200 pounds; whereas the bottom one has a limit of 450 pounds) , a bathroom and a walk-in closet with washer/dryer.

Please Note: The large bedroom is loft style. No full enclosure
